We stand by the quality of Sadou Matcha. Because matcha is a food product, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Your order is final once placed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs in these cases.
EU Customers – Withdrawal Right
EU law provides a 14-day withdrawal period for online orders. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, this right only applies if the package is sealed and unopened. Once opened, it cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sadouseicha@wethedaily with your order number and photos if defective/damaged.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed packages (unless defective).
- Items returned outside the allowed period.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
