Yes — all of our matcha is ceremonial grade, meaning it is made from the highest-quality leaves and suitable for lattes or traditional tea preparation.
Does Sadou matcha contain caffeine?

Yes, matcha naturally contains caffeine, but it also has L-theanine, which promotes calm focus without the jitters.
How do I prepare Sadou Matcha?

It is recommended to use 3–4 grams of matcha powder for one serving of usucha or matcha latte. However, you can adjust it according to your preference.
How much caffeine does matcha have compared to coffee?

A serving of matcha has around 30–40mg of caffeine — less than coffee, but with a smoother, longer-lasting energy boost.
How should I store my matcha?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You can also keep it in the refrigerator to slow down oxidation.
How long does Sadou product last?

For maximum freshness, refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months. If unopened, Sadou matcha can last up to 12 months after the production date.
