How do I prepare Sadou Matcha?
It is recommended to use 3–4 grams of matcha powder for one serving of usucha or matcha latte. However, you can adjust it according to your preference.
How much caffeine does matcha have compared to coffee?
A serving of matcha has around 30–40mg of caffeine — less than coffee, but with a smoother, longer-lasting energy boost.
How should I store my matcha?
